Managed to thicken the back and allow blood flow around the body easier to improve sports performance 👍
Working on a client who uses the gym 6 days every week!
Today's session goal was to break up knots and thicken the back and latimuss dorsi.

Client came to me to try and fix their sciatica problem so we really worked on hamstring and lower back this evening!
The scraper tool came out and we were really working deep on that right hamstring to get into that trapped nerve.
Really pleased with the outcome as my client could put more pressure on the treated leg and was able to walk without pain!
