🌟 Hi everyone! I want to introduce myself, so here goes!
I’m Nicola, an exercise specialist and massage therapist with a passion for supporting others on their recovery and wellness journeys.

I’m a proud mum to two energetic boys, aged 6 and 8, and happily married to my husband, Stewart. We call North Mundham our home!

After spending a decade as an estate agent, my life took a turn when I welcomed my first son. With limited guidance on recovery, I was inspired to forge my own path, reconnecting women to their bodies. Wheather that’s in fitness, massage or scar massage.

I provide remedial massage to address any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing, whether that’s during your treatment or in the months that follow. I also specialise in scar therapy to help mastectomy, hysterectomy, radiotherapy and cording scars feel more comfortable and less restrictive and numb.
