This isn’t just hair growth.

This beautiful girl came to me in May with an area of hair loss caused by Trichotillomania, a condition where someone feels compelled to pull their hair.

There isn’t always an obvious reason why it happens. But through working with several clients, something I’ve seen time and time again is how the pulling can become a deeply ingrained habit.

So we created a bespoke system to protect the area, cover the temptation to pull and, most importantly, give her own hair the chance to GROW. 🌱

And just LOOK at her now. 😭
Her own hair has grown so incredibly well that her system is now HALF the size it was when she started.
And honestly? I couldn’t be prouder.

But the thing that makes me most emotional isn’t the hair.
It’s watching her confidence blossom.

Week after week, she has become more confident, more comfortable and more herself.
And yes… I know that one day, if her hair keeps growing like this, I’m going to have to say goodbye to her. 🥹

And I’ll be sad.

But what an AMAZING reason to say goodbye, because the goal was never for her to need me forever.

The goal was always to help her get to the point where she doesn’t need me at all. 🤍

This is only one chapter of her journey… but what a chapter it has been. 🩷

£2,000+ FOR A “BESPOKE” HAIR SYSTEM… REALLY? 🚨

Another lady has come to me after spending over £2,000 at another salon.

She was left with a system she felt was bulky, unflattering, bitty and made from multiple pieces of hair put together.

And this is exactly why I tell women:

PLEASE — ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU HAND OVER THOUSANDS OF POUNDS.

Because calling something “bespoke” doesn’t automatically make it bespoke.

A bespoke hair system should NOT look like someone has taken bits of hair and put them together like a jigsaw puzzle. 🧩

It should be:
✨ Seamless
✨ Natural
✨ Comfortable
✨ Correctly fitted
✨ Designed specifically for YOU
✨ And, most importantly, the hair should actually MATCH.

If you are paying £2,000, £3,000 or more, you have every right to know exactly what you are getting.

Before you commit, ask:

❓ What type of hair is being used?
❓ Where does the hair come from?
❓ Exactly how will my system be made?
❓ Why is this particular construction right for me?
❓ How much will maintenance REALLY cost?
❓ Are there additional charges I haven’t been told about?
❓ How long should the system last?
❓ Am I tied into a contract?

And if they tell you it’s bespoke — ask them to SHOW YOU.

Show me the design.
Show me the construction.
Explain the hair.
Explain the maintenance.
Explain EVERYTHING before I pay.

Because “bespoke” should mean made for you — not made up of whatever pieces are available.

And one more thing…

Rectifying someone else’s work can be much more challenging than creating a system from scratch but I always love a challenge! 🤍

For this transformation, I worked with the original mesh that had already been created, but the existing fringe was no longer suitable for the client. I created and added a new, more up-to-date fringe then coloured the weave the right colour before repositioning the existing weave and topper.

The placement was carefully adjusted so the weaves were completely concealed, creating a much more seamless, natural and flawless finish while also making the system more comfortable for the client to wear.

Had a few wigs to cut and style today for a beautiful lady

Some transformations are about so much more than hair 🫶🏼.

A lovely lady came to me carrying a secret that nobody knew. To everyone around her, wearing her hair up in a ponytail was simply her signature style, whatever the occasion. But hidden beneath it were the effects of years of trauma.

Like many people living with trichotillomania, the pulling would often happen at night, when everything became quiet and her mind had time to replay the day. Before she even realised it, the habit had taken over.

She found me through Google and, despite being incredibly nervous, found the courage to get in touch. We arranged a free consultation, and I spent time getting to know her—not just her hair, but her lifestyle, her routine, and what she truly wanted to achieve.

As I examined her hair, I began creating a bespoke plan in my mind, building a pattern that would act as the scaffolding for her hair system. Every decision was made with her goals at the centre.

I’m so happy to say we achieved exactly what she hoped for—and more.

For the first time in a long time, she felt confident enough to wear her hair down instead of hiding behind a ponytail. She was genuinely excited about spending the weekend with friends and family, without worrying about what anyone might notice.

The compliments she received were incredible, but even more importantly, she told me she believes this new confidence will play a huge part in helping her break the habit.

This is why I do what I do. Hair restoration isn’t just about replacing hair—it’s about restoring confidence, freedom, and giving someone the chance to feel like themselves again.

These photos show the incredible progress she made over the course of a year. Her transformation is about so much more than appearance, it’s a reflection of her strength, determination, and resilience.

She should be immensely proud of herself for breaking the cycle and achieving something she once feared might not be possible. Watching her journey unfold has been an absolute privilege, and I couldn’t be prouder of what she has accomplished.

Saying goodbye was bittersweet, as my services were no longer needed, but that is always the ultimate goal. I am so grateful to have been part of her journey and to have witnessed such a successful and inspiring outcome.
