I’m not usually one to comment on others’ work… but this has honestly made my blood boil.

A vulnerable client came to me recently, not because she wanted a change… but because she simply couldn’t afford to keep going back to her previous salon.

Her system had cost her £3,000, and every maintenance appointment left her walking away with hundreds of pounds more added on… being told she “needed more hair”, “needed this”, “needed that”. Today I met the bravest young girl 🤍
