💖 A Kind Reminder About My Appointment Policy 💖

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to every single client who respects my time, arrives for their appointments, and supports my small business. I truly appreciate every one of you. 🥰

Unfortunately, I need to clarify my No Show Policy, as I’ve had a few recent situations that have had a significant impact on my business.

📌 If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, this is classed as a NO SHOW.

As agreed when booking your appointment through my online booking system, No Shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Please:

✨ Deciding after your appointment time to reschedule, or arriving 10–15 minutes late, may still be classed as a missed appointment depending on my availability and the treatment booked.

✨ Once your appointment time has passed, I cannot simply move your booking into another slot, as that time has already been reserved exclusively for you.

As a self-employed salon owner, every appointment matters. When someone doesn’t attend, that appointment cannot usually be filled at such short notice, meaning I lose both valuable time and income.

I invest in a professional booking system that sends automatic reminders to help everyone remember their appointments, because I understand life gets busy and we all forget things sometimes.

All I ask in return is that my time, my business, and my livelihood are respected in the same way I respect yours.
