As self employed business owners, late cancellations or missed appointments have a significant impact on us.
We completely sympathise that sometimes appointments need to be re arranged or can get overlooked when life gets in the way. However we can no longer take the brunt of this ourselves if we hope to continue to run our businesses successfully.
We wish we didn’t have to enforce this policy especially when we know things are sometimes out of your control. However we have been left with no other alternative.
A 50% charge of the treatment cost will incur with anything less than 48 hours notice. This payment will need to be settled before scheduling a new appointment.
