We are very sad to announce that Nova Spa will be closing its doors on Friday 31 October.

Many of you will understand the difficulties small businesses face and for us, since the pandemic, it has been an uphill struggle. There has been a lot going on behind the scenes to try & prevent this outcome, but unfortunately there comes a point where you have to accept that things are not going to change.

We are lucky enough to have had some of the best in the industry work at Nova and I have no doubts that all of these amazing women will continue to succeed in whatever they choose to do next.

A special mention must go to Shelley, Lisa, Cheryl & Jade who have been with Nova since the beginning and trusted me to know what I was doing owning my first business. Through all the ups & downs, laughter & tears, I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you 🫶🏼

PLEASE NOTE:
From Saturday 20 September we will no longer be issuing Gift Vouchers and encourage those with vouchers to book in ASAP, as they will not be valid after Friday 31 October.
For those of you with Loyalty Points please also start redeeming these against your treatments, as again they will not be valid after Friday 31 October.

It is a very bittersweet moment to celebrate 10 years of Nova Spa last month and announce its closure this month, but we hope our clients will all be able to come in and see us (for an appointment or not) before we close.

I will end on saying a big, big thank you to all our Receptionists, Beauty Therapists & Clients for the past 10 years, we couldn’t have done it without you all.

✨Nova Spa Turns Ten✨

Saturday 15 August 2015 saw Aura Spa change to Nova Spa and now here we are ten years later.

You cannot run a business without an amazing team, and that’s what we have at Nova. Work colleagues who have become friends, an amazing team of women who work hard to ensure every treatment they provide and client interaction they have is to the highest standard.
Every therapist & receptionist, both past & present, has contributed to us reaching this milestone and I couldn’t be more proud 🫶🏼

And to all our valued clients, thank you for your support over the years. We hope you’ve enjoyed this ten year journey as much as we have.
