I wasn’t going to acknowledge it on my socials, but I think accountability is the only way I’m going to get my s**z together.
Honestly, I’ve been such a stupid version of myself for the last couple months. I don’t feel anything but just exhausted. I’ve become a bit of a negative Nancy (sorry to the Nancys out there 🤣).
I think it may have something to do with me loosing track of my ADHD medication which I’ve now decided to restart after thinking they’d stopped working lol — I don’t think they did now 🫣🤣
And honestly if I don’t laugh I may just cry and I don’t let anything get to me usually. I dunno what’s been going on, but I’ve only felt brief moments of joy, I’ve woke up from 12 hour sleeps knackered, I’ve not been able to catch up and keep up on my house work, I’ve not been looking after my body or mind, I’ve literally felt like I’ve been in auto pilot for a few months. Let’s just say it’s a good job I live a sober life as I’d have been off the rails and in Jupiter by now 🫡
I’m saying this and I’m gunna tell you it’s not for sympathy and not to worry about me haha. I know a few of you will message me because you genuinely care and I do appreciate it but honestly believe me I’m ok. I’m fully self aware to realise these few months are a phase.
I’ve been in them before, many times over my life. And I can finally give it a name or cause. I do now 100% believe it’s the ADHD. And with my diagnosis I can stand on business and say yeah it is that. Which in itself is so freeing for me. Because I know it’s not me now BUT as I always tell my kids, it’s not an excuse, it’s up to me, adhd or not, to pull my self together ✨
I know a lot of you know me as a positive person and I don’t let things get to me. But hopefully me acknowledging this deep and dark part of me on the internet to you and strangers (🫠) might help some of you that I know have been struggling too.
As is life, wierd but wonderful. Always something to be grateful for.

THE brow treatment of ALL brow treatments! I am so excited about this treatment it is unreal! To finally be able to offer a more reliable treatment in terms of longevity and effortless options to my regular natural brow treatments is something I’ve wanted for so long!
My lovely client came in for her top up appointment and here we was able to refine and correct her shape to be more fuller and more symmetrical whilst creating balance for her natural facial structure.
We also added more depth to her original colour as she decided she could go a bit darker once she realised they do fade and soften up to 40-50% ❤️🩹🥰
