Waiting on delivery of an old school paper appointment diary, once up I’ve got it, I’m going to transfer all apps to that and the booking system will be no more.

I appreciate that the booking system is convenient for some of my clients. Especially those of you who book in the middle of the night (like me lol), but just text me and I’ll pick it up first thing and get you booked in asap 🤎

If for whatever reason the paper diary doesn’t work then I will go back to Fresha, don’t worry.

I’m hoping a paper diary will allow me to have more of a work-life balance and allow me to control my days a little more.

I always say this but I have been truly lucky with my client base that many of you, have become friends. It may be cliché to say but it’s true.

I’ve never had any client walk through my door where I’ve not been happy to see them and that means the world to me because it makes my job so much easier.

I really underbook myself and give myself a lot of time with each booking because when I started this journey I wanted to connect with clients and get to know them, I didn’t want a conveyor belt of 20 minute brow shape and tint appointments.

When I worked at benefit on the brow bar in Mcr we really worked fast, and I can defo work fast if I need to (just tell me to shut up talking lol) but I love to work slow and with intention to both the brows AND how my client is doing ✨

Grateful for all my girls wether you come every other week or once a blue moon- it’s always a pleasure to see you 🥰

The new Brow Code Professional formula stains a treat! Absolutely obsessed with the staining power and the consistency was beautiful to work with! 🤌🏼😘

I always say with hybrid, the first couple of days it’s like a new hair colour especially if it’s your first time! But you will soon realise once faded a bit, the initial shock you may (or may not) have is worth it ✨

I have a lot of clients that have darker tones but please believe I do have a full colour collection from baby blondes to the darkest of browns (no black because I don’t ever really need to use it). 👀

I am a dark brow girly though at heart, so when I hear ‘I know it’s stupid cos I’m blonde but please could I have dark brown’ …
