What a morning…

£729 raised for The British Heart Foundation ❤️

On what would of been my grandads birthday. We’ve celebrated life, drank coffee, eaten cake, oh not to mention me and my dad cycled 43.5 miles each! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Thank you to my little helpers behind the scenes for making this day happen and run smooth, we really are the dream team 🫶🏼

And most importantly thank you to every person who came to support and donated money towards such a good cause. Without you this wouldn’t be possible. ❤️

☕ Sunday 12th July – Charity Coffee Morning Update ☕ The British Heart Foundation

Here are your sponsored cyclists for Sunday’s coffee morning! 🚴‍♀️🚴 shoutout to our friends over at FITBOX BUCKSHAW VILLAGE for making our cycle happen 🫶🏼

On Sunday we’ll be cycling 87 miles (43.5 miles each) in memory of my wonderful Grandad, who we sadly lost last year. ❤️ This will be our longest cycle to date, so if you can spare a few pennies, we’d be so grateful for a donation to the British Heart Foundation.
We’ll be setting off at 8:00am and are hoping to finish in around 3.5 hours… someone save us some cake! 🍰

A few tips for your at home hair care routine…

A clarifying shampoo to be used once a week or every two weeks depending on how often you wash your hair. This will remove build up of minerals and products from the hair leaving a clean canvas - Olaplex 4C / Milkshake detox

Olaplex shampoo & conditioner - Repairs, hydrates and adds shine / also available in “FINE” for a more voluminous finish on limp hair

Milkshake shampoo & conditioner (make my day) - Perfect for all hair types, smooth, gentle and weightless

Conditioning mask
To be used once a week to deeply repair and strengthen hair - Olaplex mask / Milkshake integrity mask

THE PRODUCTS
Moroccanoil - detangles, speeds up drying time, heat protection, adds shine and smooths
Olaplex No6 - controls frizz, hydrates, heat protection, softens and reduce breakage
Milkshake leave in - strengthen, nourish and revitalise + smells amazing
Milkshake heat protect - exactly what it says on the tin, protection from those straighteners

- Don’t go to bed with wet hair
- Blowdry over airdry
- Use silk scrunchies instead of tight bobbles / claw clips even better
- Limit heat (straightening or curling)
- Soft detangling brush
- Don’t rub you hair with a towel, pat dry instead
- Be consistent with products
- Have regular trims

As someone with a scalp bleach these are the products I use to maintain my hair health, not everyone’s hair is the same but these are my regular recommendations.
