When Rory was in the sunflower rooms, the wonderful staff would put an iPad on for Rory or as they said goodnight to him, they would play music as they left. 

We would also play it when we left him for the evening ... It made me feel like I wasn't leaving him alone.



Thanks to Christmas raffle and all their customers. We have been able to provide derian house with two Tonie boxes for the sunflower rooms along with a selection of Tonie figures. 



The Tonie boxes will be available throughout a child's stay in the sunflower rooms. Family and friends can listen to the audio books and music together, they can find their child's favourite characters and listen to endless episodes.

They can also leave the room for the evening with songs, a comfort, like they're going to sleep for the night. 



Both of my boys Noah and Rory, have tonie boxes, Noah still listens to his at night going to sleep. Rory would endlessly change each character after 30 seconds. Peppa was obviously his favourite. 



Noah, has decided to give the children of the sunflower rooms his old tonies that he doesn't listen to anymore, we have also given Rory's tonies. What child doesn't love that little pink pig?!



This will make such a difference to the sunflower rooms. Being able to honour and remember your child's favorite things, with them. To laugh, to cry, to sing frozen on repeat 🤍🩶

That's another Christmas done!🎄🥂
