Today really highlighted something important that I need to share with you all 🤍

I arrived at a client’s home today, and as the door opened, I was told they had woken up with flu symptoms and were feeling worse as the day went on.

As much as I always try to accommodate everyone, this puts me in a really difficult position.

Not only am I working very closely with your face during treatments, but I also work within a hospital setting during the week, caring for elderly and vulnerable patients. The risk of spreading illness is something I simply cannot take.

For the safety of myself, my clients, and my patients, I kindly ask:

✨ If you are feeling unwell (flu, cold, sickness, infections etc), please let me know BEFORE your appointment
✨ We can always rearrange — your health comes first
✨ Please don’t wait until I arrive to tell me

I completely understand that life happens, and I will always try my best to be flexible where possible 🤍
