Beauty has always been a true passion of Lola’s, and she loves helping her clients feel confident, refreshed and their absolute best. After gaining experience as an ELEMIS Beauty Therapist, including working onboard cruise ships 🛳️, Lola has had the opportunity to work with clients from all over the world and has developed a real love for advanced skincare and beauty treatments.

Her absolute favourite treatments to perform are BIOTEC facials and lashes. She loves the results that advanced facial technology can achieve, while lashes are perfect for enhancing natural beauty and creating that effortless, put-together feeling ✨

Outside of work, Lola loves going to the gym, hiking around Scotland and will find any excuse to go on holiday 🌴 And if there’s a Pornstar Martini involved, even better! 🍸

Meet Sophie ✨ Beauty Therapist

Sophie is one of our Beauty Therapists here at The Spa at Shaw Hill, bringing her passion for beauty, skincare and relaxation to the team.

At 25, Sophie is a qualified Beauty Therapist who particularly loves creating personalised experiences for her clients. Facials are her favourite treatment to perform, as she loves all things skincare and enjoys tailoring each treatment to suit the individual guest and their skin. She also has a real passion for massage and loves helping clients switch off, relax and enjoy some well-deserved time for themselves ✨

Sophie is naturally friendly, caring and loves getting to know her clients, making sure everyone feels comfortable and looked after from the moment they arrive at the spa. 🤍

Outside of work, Sophie loves keeping active at the gym and spending time horse riding, which has been a big passion of hers for many years. 🐴✨

Meet Chloe ✨ | Spa Supervisor

Chloe is our Spa Supervisor here at The Spa at Shaw Hill, bringing over 12 years of experience within the beauty and spa industry.

Starting her career at just 15, Chloe has gone on to work within luxury spas, onboard Royal Caribbean cruise ships, and has treated a wide range of clientele throughout her career, including Premier League footballers and other high-profile guests.

While she might be known for a strong massage, facials are actually Chloe’s favourite treatment to perform. She loves all things skincare and ELEMIS and particularly enjoys tailoring each treatment to the individual guest and their skin ✨

Now leading the spa at Shaw Hill, Chloe loves bringing new ideas, treatments and experiences to the spa and is the face behind lots of our exciting upcoming plans, including Festive Fizz & Facials this November 🥂

If you’ve met Chloe, you’ll already know she’s friendly, chatty and always ready to welcome you into the spa 🤍

Outside of work, Chloe loves travelling, festivals and live music, and is usually planning her next trip or finding absolutely any excuse to get herself back to Ibiza 🌴✈️🎶
