Excited to announce that after just over a year dipping my toe in another side of the industry, from Wednesday 28th January, I will be salon based again! I will be based at J & Co Creative Studio in Chorley.

My salon hours will vary each week whilst I’m getting back into the swing of things and I will be going old school with my diary and will not reactivating my online system, so please message for my availability.

It is with great sadness that I announce my retirement from behind the chair and close the doors on the rollercoaster that has been Beth Prescott Hairdressing.

Over the past 6 years, the love and support I have received from each and every one of my clients has been absolutely incredible. You have helped me through finding a salon that fits, the opening of Nova and even a couple of lockdowns. However, the time has come for me to move on to pastures new.

I have been offered my dream job role as a Business Development Manager within the hairdressing industry and an opportunity like this is too good and too rare for me to turn down.

This decision has not been made lightly, I have given it much thought and consideration and it has kept me up at night with worries that I am not doing the right thing and I hate the thought of letting you down, but I have to make this career move for myself.

In regard to finding a new stylist, here are some beautifully talented people that I can wholly recommend. Some of them you might recognise from working within Nova -

• Keely - KJHairdressing, still based at Nova.
• Leah - Ardency, 51 Winter Hey Lane, Horwich.
• Sarah - Sarah Ashall Hair Design (also based at Ardency)

Once again, I would like to thank you for all the support you have given to me over the last 6 years of being self employed and beyond for most of you who have been with me since the start of my career!

My last working day in Nova will be Monday 30th September 2024 and all appointments beyond that will be cancelled with immediate effect. If any deposits have been made for any future appointments, these will be refunded.

I will miss you. And thank you once again.

Taking advantage of having no extensions in and having a funky toner💜

We decided to take out a full head of nano bead extensions to see how much growth my client had achieved in the past 8 months and chose to leave them out until the next appt. We also decided between ourselves to take a break from scalp bleaching, so I added a root smudge to blend the regrowth and we opted for a funky toner whilst her hair didn’t have to match her extensions!
