It breaks my heart to have to inform you all that, after 10 years in business, I have made the almost impossible decision to close the doors to Suzanne Jayne Beauty from Tuesday 31st May 2022.

Covid really had a big impact on us and recently we have been hit with a severe staffing shortage and have really struggled to find suitable new staff to the point where we can’t continue to run like this for any longer. Also, since Teddy has arrived, I really want to cherish my family time with him and Danny which hasn’t been possible at all these past few months.

I speak on behalf of the team and myself when I say that we are so thankful for your custom, support and loyalty over the years.

I’d like to thank my team for being a huge part of my business journey. I have no doubt that they will go on to have amazing careers and I’ll be there to support them wherever I can.

I want to apologise for the short notice but the recent staff issues have left me with no choice after recent appointments have become impacted. Clients with upcoming appointments will be contacted in due course regarding cancellation.

If you have any outstanding gift vouchers, please email me at [email protected] and I’ll be happy to reimburse you. The cut off for voucher reimbursements will be 11th June 2022. Please send me a photo of your voucher and serial code. Refunds will only be issued for vouchers that are in date. Due to high volume, it might take me a few days to respond so please bare with me but as long as you email me before the 11th June, rest assured that you will be refunded.
