Y O U R bridal trial should feel like more than just a trial 🤎

It’s the first time you get to sit in your styling, see the whole look come together and start to imagine how you’ll feel on the morning of your wedding day. See the whole vision- your hair, makeup, veil, accessories and overall feel. We want you to feel confident to say how you really feel and make little tweaks that make everything ‘you’.

We’ll chat through your dress, neckline, flowers, jewellery, veil and all those little details that help us understand you and the feel you’re hoping for. We have a gorgeous selection of hair accessories in the studio, so you can try different pieces and see what feels right- no obligation to source from us of xourse, just a great way to see what style might work.

Our biggest piece of advice would be to live in your styling. Take photos, wear it for a while and see how it feels. Notice what you love and anything you might want to change. Your trial is the perfect time to experiment, tweak and make it feel completely yours. We will never be offended by feedback, it’s important to us that you feel comfortable 🤎

As the summer season begins to ease here next month, we’re so looking forward to meeting our autumn/winter brides and their families 🫶🏼

T H I S photo of Bailey is just magic! A total ray of sunshine from the moment we met her at her trial, right through to her wedding day. Bailey lives in Canada, so she wasn’t able to come over for her trial until just a couple of days before the wedding. Which meant she had to put a lot of faith in us to understand what she wanted and deliver.

We had her trial, tweaked a few little things, made sure we were completely on the same page… and then on the wedding morning, we tweaked a couple more things again.

And that’s absolutely okay.

We always love having a trial around 3–4 months before your wedding if you can, it gives us plenty of time to chat, play around, make changes and have another run-through if you want one. But life happens. You might live abroad, have a busy schedule, or simply not be able to get to us until the week of your wedding. And if that’s the case, we’ll make it work 🤎

The important thing for us is that you feel heard and that you feel like you.

Bailey, for example, isn’t usually a big blusher girl. And whilst there’s definitely a school of thought that says you need more of certain products so they “show up on camera”, that’s not really how we work.

Of course we want you to look incredible in your photographs. But we care just as much about how you feel standing in front of your friends and family, looking in the mirror and feeling completely you 🫶🏼
