Exploring the grounds & gardens at Calke Abbey 🌿🍂

After exploring the house, we headed outside to discover more of what Calke Abbey had to offer. 🌳

There was so much to see as we wandered around the grounds, little details tucked away along the way.🤎

We even discovered a tunnel! 👀
It was very dark… but so cool! 😂 There’s something about stumbling across little hidden features like this that makes exploring National Trust places even more fun. 🌿✨

I enjoyed seeing all the different autumn plants and colours starting to appear. 🍂✨

A day at Calke Abbey 🏡

Another National Trust visit to add to our list! ✅

We spent the day exploring Calke Abbey, wandering around the grounds and taking in all the little details along the way. There’s so much character here, you could spend hours looking in every room!

One of the fun things about visiting was knowing that Calke Abbey has also been used as a filming location for Peaky Blinders 🎬 — which definitely made exploring the estate feel a little more exciting!

A day out at Wimpole Estate 🌿🐷

Playing catch-up with my National Trust visits! 🤎
We visited Wimpole Estate with friends to see the farm animals and explore the gardens. It was lovely to spend the day outdoors, have a wander and enjoy a catch-up together. 🌳✨

My favourite part had to be seeing the pigs — they were just adorable! 🐷🥹

We didn’t get around to exploring the house this time, so we’ll definitely be back to see more of the estate and discover what’s inside. Always lovely having another National Trust visit to look forward to! 🏡🌿
