Back from the most amazing family holiday and straight back with a bang! ☀️🤍

No easing myself back in today 🤣 A super busy day starting with a beautiful bride this morning, followed by two sets of highlights and finishing off with a bridal trial for a wedding later this year! 👰🏼‍♀️✨

As much as I loved being away, it’s been so lovely getting back to doing what I love! 🤍

And that’s me officially logging off for 2 weeks ✈️☀️🤍

Our first holiday abroad as a family of 5 with all three boys… so whether I’ll actually get the rest I desperately need is questionable 😂 but I honestly cannot wait to switch off, soak it all in and make the best memories with them 🥹

I’ll be back in work 10th October and straight back into wedding season 👰🏼‍♀️✨

Everyone always asks me how I got into makeup, so here’s a little bit of my story 🥹🤍

It actually started with doing makeup for dance shows when I was younger. After studying dance at college, I decided I wanted a complete change of direction and chose to go down the makeup route. I started out doing close friends and family for literally £5 just to practise and build my confidence 😂

I got my first makeup qualification 9 years ago, then started at ARTE as a Saturday girl… and I’ve been there ever since 🥹 Three maternity leaves, a pandemic and a LOT of faces later, I look at these photos 9 years apart and can’t quite believe how much my work has changed.

I’ve basically grown up alongside my career, and I’m still learning, evolving and loving what I do all these years later 🤍
