My bespoke aromatherapy massage can take you from feeling like to be feeling more alive, motivated and ready to take on summer.
How? Doesn't massage just feel nice?
No, no, no.
Massage boosts circulation getting more oxygen and nutrients to the brain giving clearer thoughts, better brain function and reducing brain fog.
It produces more feel good hormones which gives you a natural boost, making you feel more energised, productive and focussed.
It helps you relax so you get the rest you desperately need to be full of energy to enjoy summer to the full.
Message me to see how I can help or to book your appointment.

The Autumn Equinox this year is on Tuesday 22nd September and if you are following the traditional seasonal calendar, it is the first day of autumn.
It is when the hours of daylight and darkness are the same length. In the northern hemisphere it means that the hours of darkness are slowly getting longer ending on the shortest day of the year on 21st December.
Autumn is a powerful time of transition. Leaving the ease and joy of summer can leave us feeling anxious, unsettled and a bit discombobulated. If you are like me and not ready to leave summer behind and start with the darker nights and chillier days you might use the Autumn Equinox as an opportunity to deepen our connection with nature and embrace the changing seasons so perhaps this weekend make time to take a walk in the woods and witness the transformation of the leaves, from vibrant greens to fiery reds and golden yellows. Celebrate the change rather than trying to resist it.
As the Earth shifts from the warmth of summer to the cooler embrace of autumn, the Autumn Equinox invites us to reflect on balance, gratitude, and the abundance of the harvest. For the farming community this will mean gathering of the crops to get us through winter, for other it is an opportunity to look at ourselves. Take some time to reflect on and recognise your successes so far this year, what have you accomplished and acknowledge where you have grown. Use this time to let go of what no longer serves you, release any negativity or burdens so allowing yourself to enter the next phase of the year with renewed energy and intention. As the trees drop their leaves let them inspire us to do the same with things we no longer need.
Is there something you’ve been putting off? The Autumn Equinox is the time to tie off loose ends before the season transitions. Polish off that project, sort out your garage, finish that course, whatever’s been niggling away in the back of your mind. The Autumn Equinox is also a time to clean your home (the opposite of Spring Cleaning this is Autumn Cleaning). It is a time to cleanse your space, start making it a bit more hygge in time for the colder, darker days and let go of what you no longer need.
Embrace autumn with gratitude. Make a list of everything you have in your life and all you have to be grateful for. Give thanks for all you have achieved and everything and everyone that has helped you along the way.
I hope that this post has helped you look on this time of year with a new understanding and acceptance and a toolkit to help you move on from hazy days of summer into the fresh autumnal months.

Why should you book a massage with me, especially when there are so many other lovely beauty and massage therapist out there?
The thing is I am a little bit different.
For starters, I only massage. It is my speciality and this means I am an expert in massage.
Other massage therapists and beauticians might possibly do manicures, facials, pedicures, waxing etc which means they have a wide variety things they can do but don't specialise in one.
I am a qualified aromatherapist. That means when you come to me for a massage, we sit down and have a chat and I choose three, possibly 4, essential oils I think will benefit you that day.
Other beauticians and massage therapists might just use a carrier oil because they don't have the expertise on which essential oils to use. Or they might have an off the shelf massage blend.
So you might go in and say “I need relaxing” but what if that massage blend contains lavender and someone at home is allergic to lavender? It means you missing out.
My tailored blends can be accommodated to take this into account.
And usually, the off the shelf massage blends cover the basics like de-stress blend, relaxation blend or an uplifting blend.
What if you are feeling a bit emotional that day because of problems at that time of the month for example? These don't come in off the shelf blends.
That is why my bespoke blends are so important. I take the whole of you into account. I know what essential oils work best and work well with each other to create a therapeutic experience as well as a ‘nice smell’.
For example, I know that if I create a blend of Geranium, Clary Sage and Bergamot or Lavender, I will make you an absolutely beautiful bespoke blend that will balance those emotions and your hormones, help to clear your mind, calm you down and relax you or uplift you depending whether we use lavender bergamot. Or we could use both and relax you and get you out that glum feeling with the beautiful uplifting and antidepressant properties of bergamot.
They are nature’s medicines.
And that is why you should come to me for your massage.
Like all the other massage therapists and beauticians out there, I can create a beautiful relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. BUT what you get from me is an actual in-depth restorative, bespoke aromatherapy massage designed with you in mind and to make you feel like the number one person that you are.

Does this sound familiar?
You have been at your desk all day, on Teams meetings having to deal with awkward and stressful colleages or customers. You can feel the tension and ache getting worse across your shoulders as the day progresses.
You get home, cook tea, do the minor jobs atound the house to keep things ticking over.
And all the time you are slowly seizing up.
I know how it feels and I get it.
Most importantly I can help.
My massages work to bring about relaxation to the muscles therefore reducing the pain.
The essential oils I use help this relaxation, are anti-inflammatory so reduce the swelling of the inflamed muscle and can be analgesic which is pain relief.
Plus you get time for you. A place where you are nutured and cared for. To be reminded that you matter.
I can help.
All you have to do is book.
