I do my very best to fix people often in one session not over the course of many sessions.
Yesterday I met a client for the first time, he came in wearing a knee brace which he’s been wearing for 12 months, he has had his knee scanned and is awaiting a consultation on the NHS. Unfortunately the brace caused muscle deterioration in his quads, tightness in his hip and because his walking pattern changed he suffered issues on the opposite leg, ankle and foot. I did some release work, tested his quad and hamstring strength and identified the weaker quads. On top of the treatment I gave him strength work to do at home. I’m not a physio but I have knowledge and experience.
He walked away without the brace feeling much better than he has for 12 months 💪🏻
