was an absolute dream to work with on this shoot. She brought such a natural elegance and emotion to every moment, making the whole vision feel so real and effortless.

“Bridal confidence is something so incredibly different from pageant confidence. Everything from the decor, tones, colours, candles, the bridal make up and wearing white just makes everything feel so much more romantic.“

Everything about this look was designed to feel soft, feminine, and slightly undone, showing that bridal styling doesn’t have to feel overly structured to be beautiful.

The look was finished with a timeless groom style by , featuring a classic black tux with a velvet jacket, adding that subtle, moody edge inspired by Heathcliff.

created the most beautiful look for this shoot, perfectly balancing that natural bridal glow with enough depth to hold up in the dramatic, windswept setting.

“For brides choosing their makeup style, I’d say don’t just rely on Pinterest. It’s great for inspiration, but it’s not always realistic. Look at real work from makeup artists on Instagram instead, and try to find people with similar features to you, like skin tone, eye colour, and hair colour because the same look can appear completely different on different people. I’d also really recommend booking a trial, or even having your makeup done a few times in the lead-up to your wedding so you feel comfortable and confident in what suits you.”

This Wuthering Heights inspired bridal shoot has been something so special to create. From the windswept hair to the soft, romantic styling, every detail was designed to feel natural, effortless, and full of emotion.

As a bridal hairstylist based in Lincolnshire, I wanted to create something that felt both editorial and wearable for modern brides, and this vision came to life even more beautifully than I imagined.

These images, captured so beautifully by Merika, are the result of an incredible team of local wedding suppliers coming together to bring a shared vision to life.

Our Wuthering Heights inspired bridal shoot was all about romance, texture and that slightly wild, undone elegance, and I feel like we captured it perfectly 😍
