Just a little heads up to my lovely clients 💕

My dog has had an emergency major operation today and will now be facing a long recovery over the next few months. Because of this, there may be occasions where I need to rearrange appointments at short notice.

I will always do my absolute best to stick to scheduled appointments, but as my partner works away, I really appreciate your patience and understanding if any changes are needed.

Due to a cancelled trip away i had the week from the 15th of July booked off I will now be working a few days but still taking a few days off if anyone is wanting that week for appointments send me a message thank you

Hi everyone , just to say I am booked up for colour appointments now until last week In June , I do my very best to get everyone In ie work extra hours or my days off to accommodate, just lately I have had a few no shows or cancelling on the day of the appointment witch are big appointments booked out for colours …. It’s very upsetting as a sole trader being this my only income , I do understand things come up but please if you do have an appointment booked and you can’t make it please let me know in plenty of time so I can either get someone else in that slot or I could do some moving around to get you in another slot it makes it very hard work for me when people cancel on the day or just Don’t show up for a 4 hour appointment ! 😞 thank you to the rest of my wonderful clients for your constant support to my business and I love seeing you all 🫶🏻
