Polite notice
If you cannot make you’re appointment let us know!
If you have simply not turned up and let us know you will not be able to re book with us!
I have clients on a waiting list that I cannot get in til end of August that would of loved an earlier appointment!
The salon is in the shade, we have both doors open and it’s cool and breezy

We have very limited space available left and are already almost full in August too!
If you need an appointment please please book asap to avoid not getting the dates you need!
Obviously we have annual leave too and don’t want you to miss out xx 💋

We have a last minute cancellation available for a colour tomorro at 10.15
Be quick there is nothing else available this month and most of next!

So yesterday a guy came in to apologise for completely missing his appointment on Tuesday!
He insisted he paid in full plus a bit extra for the inconvenience. I felt bad for him
He’s a great customer and has a lot going on!
In 26 years he’s never let me down!
It blew me away actually as he was completely respectful of my time, my income and my small business!
Thankyou,
It’s hard for me to charge for missed appointments and I hate doing it but my time and my income is as important as anyone else’s
Please respect my salon policies
