We lost a gorgeous lady, she ll be sadly missed and I hope she is drinking her baileys and having a cream cake somewhere a lot nicer now.

I have clients on a waiting list that I cannot get in til end of August that would of loved an earlier appointment!
The salon is in the shade, we have both doors open and it’s cool and breezy

So yesterday a guy came in to apologise for completely missing his appointment on Tuesday!
He insisted he paid in full plus a bit extra for the inconvenience. I felt bad for him
He’s a great customer and has a lot going on!
In 26 years he’s never let me down!
It blew me away actually as he was completely respectful of my time, my income and my small business!

I’m seeing a lot of noise around GLP1 medications and hair loss right now…
