Qualifications are important — but for me, education has never stopped there. 💚

Aesthetic medicine is constantly evolving. New research, techniques, products and technologies continue to change the way we assess, plan and treat our patients, and I believe it’s my responsibility as a practitioner to keep evolving too.

Over the years, I’ve invested a huge amount of time into further education, advanced training, conferences, masterclasses and learning from other experienced medical professionals — and I continue to do so, even as an educator myself.

Because being the person teaching doesn’t mean you stop being the student. ✨

Every training day, conference and conversation with another practitioner gives me an opportunity to question what I do, refine my techniques and bring something back to my own clinical practice.

For me, continued education isn’t about collecting certificates.

It’s about becoming a safer, more knowledgeable and more confident practitioner — and ultimately providing my patients with the standard of care they deserve.

I’ll never know everything.

And I actually think recognising that is one of the most important parts of being a good practitioner. 💚

✨ PROFILE BALANCING WITH DERMAL FILLER ✨

Sometimes the most beautiful results aren’t about changing your features — they’re about creating balance, proportion and definition while still looking completely like you. 💚

For this patient, I used 3ml of carefully placed premium dermal filler across the chin and jawline to enhance her natural proportions and create a more balanced side profile.

The aim was to:
✨ Add subtle projection and shape to the chin
✨ Create greater definition through the jawline
✨ Improve overall facial balance and harmony
✨ Maintain a soft, natural-looking result

What I love about profile balancing is that 3ml sounds like a lot, but when strategically distributed across different areas of the face, it can create subtle refinement rather than an “overfilled” appearance.

Living with sciatic pain can have a huge impact on everyday life — from mobility and sleep to being able to work and do the things you enjoy.

This patient came to clinic experiencing severe sciatic pain, scoring it 10/10. Following his first treatment using the Winback Back 4, his pain reduced to 6/10 immediately after treatment and continued to improve, reaching just 1/10 in the weeks following. 💚

These results were achieved following a course of 6 WINBACK Back 4 treatments, using a combination of CET, RET and EMS technologies to target both the skin and the muscles surrounding the eye.

⚡ EMS was used to stimulate and strengthen the orbicularis oculi muscle, supporting muscle tone and helping with the management of fluid and puffiness around the eye area.
