Comfortable clothing.

Most people wear their normal everyday clothes.

Salt is in the air and will land on your clothes like a fine dust but this is easily wiped off. There are also blankets provided if you want to cover clothes.

For skin conditions it is recommended that you wear shorts and a t-shirt to expose the skin to the salt as much as possible.

Salt Rooms are designed to allow fine particles of pharmacuetical grade salt to be dispersed into the room.
There are toys available for children to play with but they can also bring their own toys. They can bring tablets and headphones too.
Salt is on the floor which can be played with like sand or there is plenty of seats for everyone to sit on.

Salt rooms are designed to allow you to relax while fine particles of salt are dispersed into the room. Which will leave a slight dusting on your clothes. You can sit back and relax or you can read a book, listen to music, meditate or nap. You are in control of your experience. Just remember to take a couple of deep breaths.
