9 years of just me 🤍

Today Im thinking about the girl who decided 9 years ago to take a chance on herself.

She left the salon environment, stepped into the unknown and decided to work for herself. She didn’t have all the answers, she just had a feeling that she was meant to build something of her own.

Nine years later, I realise how much life has happened alongside this little business.
I’ve grown professionally, but I’ve also grown as a person. I’ve learnt lessons I never expected to learn, faced things that have knocked me, said goodbye to people who were once a huge part of my life, and cried tears no one sees behind closed doors

And somehow, through all of that, my business kept growing with me.
Nearly 20 years in this beauty industry, completing my Level 7 in aesthetics, constantly learning and still caring so much about what I do.

I’m not the same girl who started this 9 years ago, and I’m actually really proud of that.
I think sometimes we’re so busy looking at where we’re going that we forget to stop and acknowledge who we’ve had to become and the sacrifices we have had to take to get here.

So today, I’m doing exactly that.

And then there’s you… my clients. 🤍

Over these 9 years, it’s been so much more than appointments. I’ve laughed with you, cried with you, tears of sadness and tears of happiness. We’ve celebrated your milestones, shared your excitement, and sometimes faced heartache together too.

You’ve trusted me with far more than just your treatments. You’ve shared your lives, your stories, your ups and downs, and somehow, over the years, so many of you have become so much more than clients.
So to every single person who has ever walked in my door, trusted me, supported me, recommended me, returned to me and allowed me to be part of your journey , I am more grateful than I could ever put into words. You have helped make this little dream what it is today, and I will never take that for granted. 🤍

9 years. My little business. My biggest leap of faith. And a huge part of who I am.
