Well I have come to the end of my C9 journey and the final result is in. It has been an eye opening experience showing me just how much different things we put in our body can affect us caffine being the main culprit the withdrawal from that was a challenge to say the least . But I'm. Feeling good and happy with my results. At the end of my journey my hair nails and skin feels great I have a lot more energy,I have lost a total of 9& 3/4 inches all over and 9 & 3/4 lb in weight. 😁 x

So on day 3 of the C9 detox I am seeing results. It has been a hard couple of days. Day 1 I felt quite lethargic and suffered towards the end of the day from a caffeine withdrawal headache but after a snack of raw vegetables from my free food list and water I got through the headache lingered on and off day two but not as bad and I felt more awake. Day thee headache almost gone and weigh and measure. I am stunned to find I have lost an all over total of just over 2 inches from my body and just over 5lb in weight. 😲 I was sceptical when I started the C9 but am blown away by the result so far. Xx
