💚 How it improves my massage treatments:

When working with lots of people hands-on, its not uncommon for practitioners like myself to feel quite drained from time to time or to take on some of the energy of the people they have been treating particularly as I am mobile and go into people homes/ spaces. Unlike some other forms of energy healing, Reiki invigorates the practitioner as the treatment is given, and I can honestly say that I do not feel depleted anymore after treating someone. I have learnt to use Reiki to my best advantage by boosting and protecting myself, so even if you do not directly ask to receive any Reiki you will be getting the best version of myself!

💚How can I request a treatment?

You can request it as an add on or as part of your normal massage treatment, we can tap into the energy throughout the massage treatment and carve out some time at the beginning or the end to focus and channel it where its needed.
