1) 🌿 Sunrise walk with the pooch then home to workout: Splash face, moisturiser/SPF for hydration. The UV index is low so no SPF needed for a 30 min walk, but a 45min-60min walk/run yes to spf. Home to workout, wash face asap, then do morning skincare routine when getting ready for the day.

2) 🧘‍♀️ Early Morning Gym/Class indoors:
Splash face with water, lotion for hydration. Go to your session, wash your face as soon as you can! Shower at home or there whatever the vibe is, then do morning routine when getting ready ✨

3) ⚡Early Morning Run/Outdoors exercise:
If running for longer than 30mins, wear your SPF. Wash your face as soon as you can! Shower & then do morning routine when getting ready ✨

4) ☕ Slower mornings/no sweating:
Do your morning routine whenever you decide to get ready for the day. If you're working from home/staying in the house, still wear your SPF as UV is still present through windows.

📝 General rules:
- Cleanse as soon as you can after your workout, don't leave sweat on your skin to encourage blocked pores
- Wear SPF if you're going to be outside longer than 30mins
- Do your cleanse, toner, moisturiser after you've washed your hair and brushed your teeth (so you're removing any hair products and toothpaste)
- Hypochlorous acid sprays are amazing for straight after sweaty sessions to kill bacteria (until you're home to cleanse) this isn't a replacement.
