If you’ve struggled to get an appointment with me, or Tuesdays work better for you, you’ll now be able to book in on Tuesdays from September onwards. I can’t wait to see you all! 🤍

Today is going to be sad goodbye to one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever had the privilege to know. ❤️
Met him when he decided to cut off his long ponytail for charity. As a well-known DJ around Colchester, I felt incredibly honoured that he chose me to do the haircut. Every penny he raised went to a charity close to his heart💛
He became much more than a client. He designed my website, created my business cards, window design, helped me with all the technical things that completely baffled me, and was always just a phone call away if I needed help. Nothing was ever too much trouble.💛
Always Love when his family come in, and take over the salon 💇♀️often because being so busy he'd get stuck in & help wash Denise's hair or the children's. 💛
He was one of life’s genuinely good people—kind, generous, talented, humble, and always willing to help others without expecting anything in return. The world needs more people like him.💛
My heart goes out to his wife & family & everyone who loved him ❤️
I’ll be saying goodbye with a very heavy heart. Thank you for your friendship, your kindness, your support, and for simply being you.💛
Rest peacefully. You will be missed more than words can say. 🤍

🚨 HERO PART 2… The Great Basin Saga! 😂
Wednesday: One basin blew a hose pipe. Total chaos. Water everywhere. 😳💦
Thankfully Luna Plumbing came to the rescue, isolated the basin and got us through the day, as we continued with second basin
Thursday: The hunt for the right replacement hose pipe began… easier said than done! 🤦🏼♀️
Friday: The second basin decided to join the party… 💥😂
The good news? I’d learnt where the stop tap was this time, so at least I stopped the flood before it became another swimming pool! 😂
Then came the real heroes…
❤️ John, my partner who somehow managed to fit replacing four hose pipes in between taking his mum out for lunch.
🚿 Craig AllTanned Up the tanning shop next door, who let us borrow a hose pipe so I could rinse a client’s colour off. Yes… garden hose pipe 🫣😂
🛠️ Future Bikes, for lending Johnny the tools he needed.
🚐 And LunaR - Plumbing Heating & Building Services for coming back to check everything was spot on.
Running a salon… one minute you’re creating beautiful hair, the next you’re apparently training as an emergency plumber! 🤷🏼♀️😂
Here’s hoping next week’s drama is deciding where to go for lunch… not where the water’s coming from! 😂❤️
💦 Plot twist… apparently hairdressers double up as emergency cleaners! 😅
