Hello lovely people just a couple of quick updates.

Iv been through the wars a bit over the last few weeks, suffice to say with thanks to our great NHS and the surgical team at Colchester general also Great Bentley surgery the best doctors surgery around!! I am home and on the mend.
Apologies to those of you if I have Iv not been with it during your appointment and those Iv had to cancel at short notice I’m getting in touch with you all today.
Please keep your eyes on your phones if you have appointments going forward, as I now have go to the doctors daily, I can only book this from day to day and I have to take what they have. I’m endeavouring to work still I just may need to get in touch with you and tweak times and give myself breathers in-between appointments etc…. Sorry in advance.

Secondly, amongst all this we were attempting to give the beauty room a re fresh so it’s All looking rather sad at the moment just have to bear with it for now.

Thirdly, Next week our little Margo is going for her spay so we can both convalesce together.

This lady left last night with a wonderful glow after a gorgeous facial leaving her skin soft, smooth and glowing and a lash lift and tint and eye brow tint to frame the eyes.

I posted a few weeks ago about SPF and looking after your skin….

Iv seen some awful sunburnt clients this week.

Do watch yourself in this sunshine we may be able to calm sunburn with after sun or aloe Vera and within a few days your skin looks golden and doesn’t look to much the worst for wear from the sunburn.

But under the surface it takes a a lot longer for the damage to heal. It changes your skin on a cellular level.
Sun exposure is the biggest cause of aging.

Can we reverse this? Simple answer is no not really but we can stop it from happening over and over again and give your skin a fighting chance, using broad spectrum SPF please refer to my previous post on this!
Other tools to help cell renewal are active ingredients like retinol, Vitamin C.
Retinol helps make your skin cells act younger again and gets them producing more collagen, while Vitamin C returns the brightness, clarity and even tone.

But, the biggest hero of the story is SPF Because prevention is infinitely easier than cure. Please use broad spectrum daily, all year around. Over your moisturiser before makeup.
Don’t forget the rest of your exposed body too!

I can not treat sunburned bodies, I can’t wax, or do skin care over any burnt area. You will be turned away.
