Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure fairness for both you and my business, I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service.

I do recognize that unexpected situations arise, and we will consider these on a case-by-case basis.

No-Call, No-Show Policy
If you do not call or show up for your appointment, you will be required to pay in full for the missed service before booking a new appointment.
