Dear Cherished Clients,

After 17 incredible years of shared experiences, personal connections, and countless moments of joy, we announce the closure of The Spa Therapy Room, effective 5th March 2025. This decision was not made lightly, and it comes from challenges beyond our control.

Reflecting on our journey, we are filled with gratitude for the trust and loyalty you’ve shown us. From the very beginning, our mission was to create a sanctuary where beauty, relaxation, and genuine care converged. The relationships we’ve built and the memories we’ve created together have been the heart and soul of our establishment.

We understand this news may bring questions, especially concerning outstanding vouchers, prepaid courses, or account balances. As we undergo bankruptcy proceedings, an official receiver will be appointed to manage all financial matters, including any potential refunds. For those who booked online through our booking provider, we have proactively submitted refund requests on your behalf.

As we close this chapter, we hold onto the beautiful memories we’ve crafted together. Your unwavering support has been the cornerstone of our success, and for that, we are eternally thankful.

As well as performing great treatments with excellent attention to detail. The ideal applicant needs to be adaptable and happy to follow our procedures to maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
