This patient is in her late 60’s she had some lip filler done around 3 years ago, it’s still present in the lower lip, but had naturally dissolved in the upper lip. She also has started to experience some signs of ageing in the lower face, marionette lines and downturned corners of the mouth. Her brief was: smooth out wrinkles in lips, help with downturned appearance of corners of lips but without adding volume and keep it age appropriate 👍🏻👍🏻

I last saw her in November when we used around 5mls of filler in the cheeks and mid face to rejuvenate. Focusing on lifting the lower face by replacing lost volume in the cheeks with hyaluronic acid dermal filler. We also evened out the folds around the mouth to make her lower face look more youthful. On her more recent visit we used just 1ml of filler in the nasolabial folds and marionette lines to just finish things off perfectly.
