STRUGGLING TO FIND A WORK/LIFE BALANCE??

I was desperatly trying to find a balance between my homelife and worklife, but somehow the busier and bigger my business became, the more overwhelming life had become.

Some people thrive from having the biggest/best salon in the town. I dont. Its great to be ambitious, ive always wanted to better myself and push myself, however when work takes over your life you realise its not the bee all and end all!!!

My children are the most important things in my life. And having flexibility to work around their lives is more valuable to anything.

All i see on socials is how to improve, how to make more money, how to generate more following. But honestly….. time will go by and if you have your head in work mode constantly- i can tell you now- you will live to regret it.
