Today we say farewell to the fabulously talented Browfessor Carole-Ann!

The salon simply will not be the same without you. Your hard work, thoughtfulness, kindness and amazing sense of humour will leave an impact on the Sunburst team long after you leave. You have had a positive effect on all the staff here and we are sure the same can be said with regards your clients. We will miss your contributions to the Sunburst team as well as your support and encouragement over the years.

We have many fond memories. Mainly of conversations that were had after you approaching the reception desk with a mischievous grin or a stern look on your face. You either had something incredibly well thought out and sensible to say, or something completely and utterly hysterical that would have us all in fits of laughter. Your laughter is contagious and we hope to hear it again soon when you pop into the salon for a visit.

Your new employer will be very lucky to have you. Your not only committed not only to your own success, but also to that of your colleagues. We wish you all the very best in your future endeavours and we hope your new position brings you fulfilment and happiness, like you brought to us. Good luck in your new career and make sure you continue being your extraordinary self.

It’s been a wonderful journey!

I just want to let you know that after many enjoyable years working in this amazing industry, I now feel it’s time for a new challenge and time to start a new chapter in my life. Therefore, with mixed emotions and heavy heart, I am leaving the wonderful world of brow treatments and lash lifting.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all for loyally supporting my business by repeatedly turning up and trusting me with your brow and lash needs, not to mention all the great chats and laughter. I also want to say a big thank you to all the brow artists & beauticians who have supported me too. I’ll be forever grateful.

I want to say a very special thank you to my long-time friend and collaborator, Claire, the owner of Sunburst, for everything she has done for me and for her consistent support and loyalty. Also, a big shout out to all the “Salon Girls” past and present for their support and hard work in helping me run The Browfessor business.

My last day of service will be Friday 28th July. For any existing bookings beyond that date, I’ll message you directly to explore re-scheduling options. At the moment I cannot accept anymore bookings unless someone else cancels.

I know I’ll miss you all and am sorry to be saying goodbye. Thanks for everything and I wish you all happiness and health for the future.
