A little life update 🤍

After giving it a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to reduce my working hours and take a step back from Saturdays.

I’ve been feeling extremely burnt out lately and juggling being a mum and looking after multiple businesses has started to take a huge toll.

Grief has also been something that I have been struggling with recently. My dad was my biggest supporter and cheerleader. After he passed I threw myself into my work and being a first time mum instead of processing what has happened. After some soul searching I realised that this isn’t a healthy coping mechanism and it has contributed to my burn out and feeling a bit lost.

I’m hoping that moving to part time hours will give me a better balance and allow me to feel more like myself again 🤍

My new working hours will be:
✨ Tuesday 9am–3pm
✨ Thursday 9am–5pm
✨ Friday 9am–3pm

For anyone who already has a Saturday appointment booked in, please don’t worry! your appointment will still go ahead as planned. However, moving forward, I won’t be doing any new Saturday appointments.

There aren’t any hard feelings if anyone can’t fit into my new hours and I will help offer any recommendations for anyone who needs it 🫶🏻

I’m so grateful for every single one of you for supporting my little business and for understanding this change. It hasn’t been an easy decision, but I really feel it’s the right one for me and my family at this point in my life. 🤍
