A Little Life Update 💛

I wanted to let you all know that I’ve made the decision to step away from hairdressing, and I’ll no longer be working at House of Hair. My last day will be Saturday 28th June.

This has been a big decision and something I’ve thought about for a while, but I’m really excited to be starting a brand new chapter in a different career. It’s a completely new direction for me, and I can’t wait to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and see where this next adventure takes me!

To all of my amazing clients, thank you so much. Whether you’ve been with me since the very beginning or joined me more recently, I’m truly grateful for your support, loyalty, and trust over the years. I’ve loved getting to know you all and I’ll genuinely miss seeing you.

A huge thank you as well to Mizpah and the girls at House of Hair, for the support, the laughs, and everything I’ve learned along the way. I’ve made some lovely memories and friendships that I’ll always value.

I’ll also be working a few extra Saturdays, the 5th, 12th, and 19th July, to help out with clients who were already booked in. Any appointments after the 28th June (aside from those Saturdays) will be rearranged, and either myself or the salon will be in touch. Feel free to get in touch with the salon if you’re unsure!

While I’m excited for what’s ahead, I’ll always look back on this chapter with real appreciation 💛

My client came in with grown-out blonde and her natural roots showing, ready for a fresh new look that’s rich, dimensional, and low maintenance.

We created this dreamy chocolate brown base with soft caramel undertones by adding a mix of lowlights and subtle highlights. I blended everything with a root tap and finished with a golden blonde tone to keep it warm and glowing.

My lovely client came in with a golden copper base and wanted to say goodbye to the warmth and go as blonde as possible in one sitting.

We packed in the foils, applied a full colour around, and finished with a cool, ashy toner to melt everything together. Creating a soft, dimensional blonde balayage with no copper in sight! 🤍🙌

Blonde transformations like this are a process, but wow…what a first session!🤩
