⚠ Following yesterday's late announcement, unfortunately we will be closed until further notice.

We are very very sorry to all our customers we had booked in Christmas week and after. Hopefully this won't be as long as the first lockdown.

In the meantime, please stay positive and enjoy Christmas and New year with your families, making the best memories you can out of a very sad situation.

Would just like to say a huge huge thank you to all of our customers for all the support you have given us over the last 10 years, especially this year and since we reopened in July. It's not been an easy year for any of us including anyone in business, but the loyalty and support each and every one of you have shown us is truly amazing. We seriously can't thank you enough for your custom, and the way you have all coped and adapted to our 'new normal' in the salon is just brilliant!! The way the children have adapted to the changes including sanitising their hands and staff wearing PPE, whilst this can be scary for the little ones, they have accepted this so well. Thank you all, also, for your patience during the busy times, and we apologise for anyone we couldn't accommodate this week. We are extremely lucky to have you all. Whilst I know 'lockdown' isnt an easy time for everyone, and some of us will struggle and can't go to work, please look after one another and spend quality time with the ones you love, as time is something we can't get back! We will miss you all over the next couple of weeks but will look forward to seeing you once we reopen. Stay safe and have a lovely weekend xx

From the advice given from the Welsh Goverment today, unfortunately as of Friday 23rd October, we will be shutting the salon until Monday 9th November.
We are really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but I'd like to reassure everyone that we will still be open this week from tomorrow through to Friday.
I will accommodate early and late appointments for anyone wanting to bring forward their appointments or book in before the lockdown.

In line with Welsh Government guidelines, we have introduced a number of new measures listed below, to help keep all our customers and staff as safe as possible at all times.

All staff have undergone Covid-19 training courses, including from the “London School of Hygiene”.

All staff will be wearing PPE.

Unfortunately the children’s play area will be temporarily out of use.

Customers will be required to wear face masks, these can be provided. We do however understand that in certain circumstances this is not always possible; please advise us beforehand.

We will be using disposable aprons, towels and gowns.

Please arrive to your appointment on time with pre-washed hair free from any product.

Please note we are operating a one way system.

Please Sanitise hands at the sanitising station upon entry.

Please adhere to all social distancing measures in place, following all the clearly marked instructions on arrival to your appointment.

Both Cash and Card payments, including Contactless, welcome.

Unfortunately there will be a small price increase.

If you are showing any symptoms of Covid19, please reschedule your appointment. Temperatures will be taken on arrival to ensure everyone’s safety.
