For our final day Let's make it fun SHAKE IT OUT
This can be performed seated or stood focus on a particular part of your body such as your arms or legs and shake! Ask yourself
• What does it feel like to be in my body?
• How did my body and emotions feel before I did this?
• How did my body and emotions feel after I did this?
Make it fun life isn't meant to be serious all the time!

Listen to a song
Find your faviroute song
Find somewhere you can listen to the whole track undisturbed. Now close your eyes and listen to the music/lyrics
As your mind wanders bring yourself back to the music. Each time you do that you are mastering mindfulness well done at training that puppy brain!

Pay attention to your food
A faviroute of mine! Take full attention of what you eat today. Smell and look at what your about to take a bite of! Now savour that bite of food. Try Closing your eyes and really paying attention to each bite chewing very slowly 🐌
You may even find you are full quicker, and will enjoy your food more!

Breath 10 times
We can use our breath with intention to feel refreshed.
Close your eyes, breath 10 times at a normal pace. Imagine that with your inhalation, the fresh air reaches all the way through your body and makes you lighter. Then, completely exhale all the air.
When we normally breath we, breath more shallow and don't use all of our capacity to draw in oxygen. Breathing with full intentions fills our lungs and clears our minds

Throw away the labels
Use a minute to pay Close interest or your surroundings.
When looking at something try not to label it. As 'good', 'bad', 'nice' or 'ugly'. Instead look at it as if it is the first time you're seeing it;
This can help us become less biased towards anything, when we label things we might be missing out on helpful new lessons and experiences.

Secret kindness
Act towards others kindly without seeking anything else in return. Today, I challenge you to do an act of kindness.
Remind you are doing this because you care about the other person and bring happiness to their day.
Observe how it feels to help others and maybe what feels it provoked inside you.

Rediscover a familiar sight
Let's have a look at something familiar we see each day. Take a tree you may see outside your house or a building.
Now, really imagine its cycle to get to where it is or the process in constructing the building. By really becoming aware of our surroundings will make us present in this small time

DAY 23
Let Go
This exercise will refresh you during your day. Or even relax you at night. Sit or lie comfortably. Close your eyes and breath as you do normally.
As you breath out. Breath out everything that is negative to you. Things that do not aerve you to hold onto. Breath and let them go. Things that are beyond your control...let them go. Negative thoughts you hold about yourself....exhale and let them go.
Visualising your in breath as light and outbreath as a darker shade can also help this exercise.

Express your gratitude
Think of a kind gesture that someone has done for you. Then, pop them a note or a text and thank them for it. If it's someone outside of home or work, do the same and let them know how grateful you are for it.
A simple thank-you is enough to spread happiness to others. Recognising kindness plays a huge role in our own happiness and mental well-being

Today. Set a mini goal to count everytime you use the word "I". You might be surprised by the number you discover.
Do you think doing this might help you be more mindful of others.
A healthy balance between taking care of ourselves and being considerate of other people's well-being. Even this small challenge is heading you towards a more mindful way of thinking
