What a beautiful start to my birthday celebrations 🤍

I’ve already enjoyed an amazing meal with my bestest friends at Rio Steakhouse in Chester, followed by a wonderful family celebration at The White Lion, Llanelian. Making memories with the people I love most is what it’s all about 🥂✨

With only 2 more sleeps until my birthday holiday, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for everything and everyone around me.

A huge thank you to my wonderful clients, friends and family for all the birthday cards, gifts, decorations, messages and birthday wishes I’ve already received. The kindness, thoughtfulness and love you’ve shown me means more than you’ll ever know 🤍

I truly feel so lucky and blessed to have such amazing people in my life, both personally and through my business. Your support, loyalty and friendship never go unnoticed.

As I head towards 40, I’ve spent some time reflecting on the lessons life has taught me.

🤍 Boundaries are healthy.
🤍 Confidence beats perfection every time.
🤍 Comparison steals joy.
🤍 Invest in yourself.
🤍 Growth isn’t always comfortable, but it’s always worth it.
🤍 Family isn’t always blood.
🤍 Kindness matters.
🤍 Your younger self would be proud of you.
🤍 You don’t need everyone’s approval.
🤍 Some of the biggest breakthroughs come after the hardest seasons.
🤍 Love, laughter, health and good people are life’s greatest luxuries.
🤍 A peaceful life is a successful life.

As I step into a new decade, I’m carrying forward the lessons, the memories, the love and the gratitude.

I don’t have all the answers, but I have a heart full of appreciation for the people in my life and the journey that’s brought me here.

This morning I walked into my salon and was completely overwhelmed to find it decorated for my birthday month by two of my closest friends. 🥹🤍

Not because of the balloons, banners or decorations themselves, but because of the thought, time and love behind them.

Life gets busy, and we can sometimes forget just how lucky we are to have people around us who genuinely celebrate our happiness, support our successes, and want to see us smile.

To ALL my beautiful friends, thank you for making me feel so loved and so special. Your kindness means more than you’ll ever know.

As I start this month of celebrating 40 years, I’m reminded that one of the greatest gifts in life isn’t what we have, but who we have beside us.

So today, I’m feeling incredibly grateful. 🤍
