What a stunning lady!
This morning I’ve had the beautiful Millie Rose Hancock in my chair and her final look was also captured by Daily Mail at the Aintree Racecourse Ladies’ Day.
For Millie this makeup look is all about emphasising her gorgeous eyes and creating a radiant, bronzed perfected base with a custom made blush and lipstick blend.

Soft glam makeup for these gorgeous ladies Vicky and Holly for a very special occasion.
Holly doesn’t wear a lot of eye makeup so she requested a very subtle smoky eye for her greenish blue eyes using very soft lighter colours.
She had her own lash extensions on so the main focus for her look was to create a beautiful naturally radiant base.
For that I prepped her skin with Guerlain Watery Youth Oil and NARS Cosmetics radiance primer.
Her base was Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra, I’ve added some warmth to her complexion with CHANEL Soleil cream bronzer.
For blush I used Patrick TA’s cream blush in the colour Not too much.
For her lips we opted for M·A·C Cosmetics Velvet Teddy and Angel lipstick colours mixed.

My beautiful client Jo has given me the following brief for her lip blush treatment:
✅Super natural colour similar to MAC Velvet teddy 2.0
✅Hardly there very fine contour
✅Improved shape but subtle Cupid’s bow
✅Doesn’t want to look “made up”
Jo’s lips are slightly swollen which is completely natural during the pigmentation process.
☀️Once the swelling goes down and the very top layer of her epidermis flakes off with the oxidised darker pigment this colour should be very close to her natural lip tissue colour giving us the “my lips but better” result 👌🤩
Lip pigment: Biotek Glacé which is also an ideal colour for lip shape correction for men including work on cleft lips.

❓❓❓Is it normal to have swollen lips after lip blush? Yes it is! 👄Trust the process and don’t judge your results before you get to week 4!
✅On the day of your permanent makeup treatment your lips will be swollen.
This is a completely natural response from your body to the micropigmentation treatment as the tip of the needle cartilage will cause minor trauma to the skin which will subside in the next 24-48 hours.
✅Some clients especially with previous lip fillers present are more prone to swelling.
🍀However, the treatment discomfort level is nothing compared to the pain level of a lip filler treatment so please don’t be put off by it.
☀️After the initial phase when your lip colour looks more intense and darker your lip tissue colour will heal to a gorgeous, soft and natural colour in the weeks to come.
✅The final result can be seen at around week 4 when clients return for their top up appointment to perfect the result.
👉Remember a lip blush will leave your lips with a more defined, perfected Cupid’s bow and contour and a youthful pop of colour.
