🌿 What exactly is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid around the body.

Unlike a traditional massage, MLD uses extremely light pressure. There’s no deep tissue work, no digging into knots and no painful techniques. Instead, the movements follow the body’s lymphatic pathways to encourage healthy fluid movement.
