I love my time at work with my amazing clients whether they're coming for relaxation or deep tissue. Tonight was no exception, I met with a new client. She explained her left shoulder was exceptionally bad....she wasn't joking 🤣 it was evident once my thumbs were in there it was too painful and we weren't going to get anywhere so we adapted and pulled out the cups and wow what a difference, still extremely effective, less painful and still got the end result of more movement. Not fixed in one session but a vast improvement. One treatment doesnt fit all issues and I am happy to be adaptable and adjust to get the best outcome for my clients. 💕🔥

☀️ We’ve all been loving this beautiful weather lately! ☀️
Long walks, beach days, gardening and soaking up the sunshine can do wonders for our wellbeing — but sometimes our skin gets a little too much sun.
Just a little reminder that if you arrive to your appointment with significant sunburn, I may need to turn you away or rearrange your treatment for your own comfort and safety.
Massage on sunburned skin can:
• Increase irritation and inflammation
• Be uncomfortable or painful
• Interfere with your skin’s healing process
• Cause further sensitivity from heat and pressure
Your wellbeing always comes first, and I’d much rather reschedule your appointment than risk making your skin feel worse 💛
Please give your skin time to heal, stay hydrated, and take care in the sunshine ☀️

Recently I have had an increase in non attendances of clients.
To ensure I can continue providing the best possible service to all of my clients, I have a 2 missed appointment policy.
I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I will always appreciate communication if you need to cancel or reschedule. However, when appointments are missed without any notice, that time cannot be offered to another client and has a direct impact on my business.
Policy Summary:
✔️ First missed appointment with no communication will be recorded.
✔️ A second missed appointment with no communication will result in future bookings no longer being accepted.
✔️ Missed appointments without communication will also require the treatment fee to be paid in full.
This policy is not intended to be punitive—it is simply in place to protect my time, my business, and the availability of appointments for clients who are waiting to book.
Thank you for your understanding, support, and respect for my booking policies. I truly appreciate every one of my clients and look forward to continuing to provide the highest standard of care. 🙏💙
