✨ Appointments Available Next Week ✨

If you’ve previously messaged me about booking an appointment, are waiting to arrange one or have won one of my competitions, I’d be really grateful if you could complete my enquiry form using the link below (or the link in my bio) and mention it on the form so I can get you booked in as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, with messages coming through Facebook, Instagram, emails and message requests, I’ve realised some enquiries have ended up in different folders or gone into message requests without me being notified, or simply just lost 👎🏼 I never want anyone to think I’ve ignored them, so from now on all enquiries will go through one simple form. This means every enquiry comes straight to me in one place and nobody gets missed.

Thank you so much for your patience and continued support – it genuinely means so much to me. ❤️

Appointments are available next week.

🙅🏻‍♀️ Couldn’t be me 🧚🏼

Things you’ll never catch me doing as your MSK Clinician — and exactly why.

…Because MSK rehab is about more than the spot that hurts. Pain is complex — it’s influenced by stress, sleep, load and everything life throws at you. My job isn’t to promise you a pain-free life, it’s to help you understand what’s driving it. That means looking beyond where it hurts and building strength progressively through the right plan for you. And that plan needs to fit your actual life. We’re all time-poor — between work, family and everything else, the last thing you need is an overwhelming list of exercises that kills your motivation before you’ve even started. A small number of well-chosen movements done consistently is where real adaptation happens. Your body needs repeated, progressive exposure to a stimulus to adapt — that’s how tissue strengthens and load tolerance builds. Constantly switching things up before that process has had chance to happen means you never give your body the signal it needs to change.

No two people heal at the same rate, and that’s not a flaw in the process — it’s biology. Someone with the same injury as you might respond completely differently, and for good reason. Your age, sleep, stress levels, nutrition, activity history and overall health all influence how your body heals. That’s why cookie-cutter rehab doesn’t work. You are individual, and your plan should reflect that.

I first learned about the Female Athlete Triad at university — and it’s something that has stayed with me ever since.
Exercise is one of the best things a woman can do for her physical and mental health. This post isn’t about discouraging that — not even slightly. It’s about making sure that when you train, your body has everything it needs to keep up with you. Because sometimes, without even realising it, it doesn’t.
We now call it REDs — Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport. And it affects far more women than people realise.

Dancers, gymnasts, runners, gym-goers, busy mums who train — all at risk. It’s not always about eating disorders. Sometimes life is just busy and fuelling slips.

We live in a culture that tells women to be smaller. To eat less. To look a certain way to be accepted. When that message is amplified by influencers pushing extreme diets and dangerous cuts, it opens a door to disordered eating and eating disorders that deserve to be taken seriously and supported with proper care.

As healthcare professionals, we have a responsibility to talk about this. Loudly. Clearly. Without shame.

Swipe through to learn what REDs is, how to spot it and why recovery always needs qualified professional support.

If any of this resonates, the first step is your GP. They can carry out the relevant checks and refer you to the right people.

If you’d like to discuss how MSK rehabilitation and sports therapy can support your recovery alongside your medical care, I’d love to hear from you.

Stepping into my rebrand era ✨

A week that consisted of 👇🏼

🛠️ Building my home clinic back up & getting everything ready
👯‍♀️ Friends pulling through and helping me get things together (couldn’t have done it without you)
👦🏼 My boys keeping me on my toes as always
☀️Blue skies over Liverpool — little reset moments
🪵 Flatpack life (with help because absolutely not doing that alone 😂)
📊 Meeting with one of my friends helping me sort the business side of things (.bookkeeping fyi).
🍼 Celebrating a beautiful baby shower 🛍️ Shopping trips with my little sidekick for clinic bits
🛏️ New plinth on the way 👀
🤍Chilled weekend with my man
🍽️ Good food, no tracking
🌿Bit of gardening done
🎭 Derren Brown booked ✔️

A week that’s felt like a lot… but also exactly where I’m meant to be 🥰

No big flashy moments, just building something properly, step by step, bit by bit 😊

Taking bookings now for w/c April 13th - send a DM :)

I’m officially reopening 😁

Bookings are now LIVE for w/c April 13th 2026 and I honestly can’t wait to welcome you all back into the clinic and

New setup, new equipment and a stronger focus on what I do best — helping you get out of pain and back to moving properly.

To kick things off, I’ve put together a new client offer so you can come and experience it for yourself 👇🏼

Sports massage + near infrared light therapy for £25

✨ What is near infrared light therapy?
It’s a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to pe*****te deeper into your tissues — helping to reduce pain, calm inflammation, improve circulation and support recovery at a cellular level.
Think of it as giving your body the right environment to heal more efficiently.

If you’ve been:
– putting up with aches and pains
– carrying an old injury
– or just feeling tight, run down and in need of a reset

this is your sign to sort it.

No fluff. No guesswork. Just proper, honest treatment tailored to you.

Appointments are limited, so once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Booking link for my website will be posted soon, in the meantime, drop me a message 😊
Nik ☺️
