This post is a bit bittersweet because, whilst we’ve had an incredible September, we genuinely couldn’t be happier with how busy the salon has been. ❤️

Our stylists have been fully booked, and honestly… it’s felt a little bit like Christmas already! 🎄😂 Extra days, no days off, and it’s making me want to retire… LOL!

Jokes aside, pre-booking your appointment is SO important - now more than ever. We’re generally working with very little wiggle room, so if you know you’ll be needing your hair done, please think ahead and book now. 📅

WOW… what a transformation from our Blonde Specialist, Gemma. 🤍

Our lovely guest came into the salon for the first time, already knowing she loved being blonde and liked to keep her hair maintained regularly. However, the previous technique just wasn’t giving her the look she wanted.

She wanted to stay blonde but create something softer and more seamless, with a colour that would grow out naturally and feel much easier to maintain.

Because the hair had been coloured so regularly, the condition also needed to be carefully considered, particularly around the hairline. Gemma worked through everything during the consultation before carefully placing the highlights to create a cleaner, softer blonde without putting unnecessary stress on the hair.

Several toning stages were also used throughout the service to neutralise the unwanted warmth from an in-between colour that had been leaving the hair feeling much brassier than our guest wanted.

The result? A beautiful, clean and much softer blonde that feels far more seamless.

And typically… we didn’t even get a before photo because Gemma couldn’t wait to get stuck in! 😂
