Healing Hands Conwy

Everyone needs a Llinos 🖤

And seeing as it’s her birthday today it felt like the perfect excuse to remind her just how bloody valuable she is around here 🥹

Llinos is one of those people who just gets stuck in & gets on with it. She’s had a really tough year health-wise, but through it all she’s continued to show up, look after her clients when she wasn’t well herself and somehow still give the most INCREDIBLE massages 🙌🏼

She’s back to her best self now - caring, reliable, hardworking, ridiculously talented at what she does and an absolute golden member of our little Healing Hands team.

When you’ve built a business from the ground up, having the right people around you who you can genuinely trust with your clients and your reputation means absolutely everything — and I hope she knows how much I value having her beside me.

I’d genuinely be lost without her. 🖤

Unfortunately she doesn’t fit in my handbag, so you’ll all just have to book in with her instead 😂💆🏼‍♀️

We spend so much time telling ourselves we’re fine.

I’ll book something when work calms down.
I’ll sort my neck out eventually.
I’m just tired.
I just need to get through this week…

Meanwhile your shoulders are up by your ears, your jaw is permanently clenched and your body hasn’t properly switched off in weeks. 😵‍💫

Massage isn’t always about fixing something that hurts.

Sometimes it’s simply giving your body an hour where it doesn’t have to do anything at all.

No emails. No kids. No jobs. No rushing.

Just switch off and let us take over for a bit. 🤍

If your body’s been asking for this lately, take the hint. 👀
