Why it takes a team?

You will often hear me recommend other professional and practitioners. This could be acupuncture, homeopathy, reflexology, bodytalk, cranial sacral, massage. A joint, diverse and well rounded team is essential for full care and beneficial for all types of positive outcomes

I certainly don’t know it all and can’t do it all, so getting help and information from other practitioners is essential and amazing to help with care.

Essentially we all utilise the same aspects of health and Chinese medicine. Meridians, acupuncture points, chakras, muscles, craniosacral fluid, fascia, emotional, mental and physical being, emotions etc we just have a different way or using them and interpreting them to get the same outcome desired.

If anyone wants the names and numbers of anyone, please get in contact. They are all incredible people who I use often.

We have some of the best practitioners here in mid ulster, so please utilise us. We are so lucky to have such a fantastic wellness industry here right at our doorstep.
