As an internal perfectionist whose life has never allowed perfection 😂, here's a bit of real talk!
Running a business as a mum, partner, nurse, friend, taxi driver, problem solver and actual human being… is never going to look perfectly polished all the time! FACT.
Some weeks I’m organised, motivated and full of ideas.
Other weeks life is louder.
Kids need me.
Home needs me.
My own wellbeing needs me.
And sometimes the clinic has to soften slightly while I catch my breath. Sometimes that looks like cancellations, rearranging, pause.
So if you’re also trying to balance business, motherhood, relationships, work and life in general, here's our reminder we aren't failing if things look a little imperfect sometimes.
We are human!
