Based in Corby Northants, I provide deep tissue and relaxation back, neck and leg massage for whatever ails you, with a sequence created based on your personal needs. Massage carries a multitude of benefits for the individual. Let's look at dry needling. This is a really good way to blast through repeated signals that the muscle should 'stay stiff' and gets a whole new world of blood flow wooshing through the area 🧘
I've been accused of making videos too long, and I've done nothing to mitigate that. Apart from cutting and shaving off every in-breath I can hear 😮💨
