💚 CRYSTAL OF THE WEEK — MOSS AGATE 💚

After my last Reiki session, I was told my heart needed a little attention… and that really resonated with me.

I’ve always been someone who wears my heart on my sleeve. I feel things deeply. I care deeply. And yes… sometimes that means my heart gets hurt deeply too.

But would I change it? Absolutely not. 💚

That sensitivity and empathy are part of who I am — as a person and as a therapist.

So this week I’ve been drawn to Moss Agate. 🌿

Traditionally associated with the Heart Chakra, Moss Agate symbolises:
🌱 Emotional balance & renewal
💚 Compassion & connection
🌿 Grounding & connection to nature
✨ New beginnings & personal growth

Crystals don't control or magically heal us — for me, they're a beautiful way of setting an intention and focusing on what I need emotionally.

And this week my intention is simple:

Protect my heart… without closing it. 💚🌿

💎 CRYSTAL THURSDAY — WHERE DO MY CRYSTALS COME FROM?

I’m quite particular about the crystals I bring into my treatment room. I like to see them, feel them and be drawn to them rather than just buying anything that looks pretty. ✨

Many of my working stones come through true stone walkers like Lesley Masterson at LaStone Therapy UK, and when I’m shopping locally, you’ll usually find me heading to The Witch Within or The Crystal Barn — depending on what’s on my crystal shopping list! 😂💎

And this week I keep coming back to…

💜 AMETHYST

Traditionally associated with the Third Eye Chakra, amethyst is linked with intuition, clarity, calm and spiritual awareness. I use it within my crystal work as part of the intention and experience — rather than suggesting crystals control, cure or heal medical conditions.

In LaStone Therapy, you may find an Amethyst resting at your Third Eye while you’re surrounded by the warmth of basalt and the balancing coolness of marble. 🪨❄️💜
