Magpie Hair and Nails

Ok so I feel I need to put this out there.

As many of my client old and new already know I suffer from some pretty lousy chronic conditions, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Fibromyalgia and severe migraines. I'm always very open about this with all my clients.

I battle hard to make sure this doesn't interfere with my work as much as I can. But unfortunately sometimes it bleeds over and I have no choice but to obey my body.

However, I feel recently over the last few months I have been dropping the ball for some of you in regards to communication and service. I don't feel you have all been receiving my 100% and I have let some of you down. So I owe you all an apology and transparency.

My physical and mental health has not been it's best due to multiple factor over the last 6 months, which I won't bore you with. But my conditions became less controlled and more prone to flare ups. But the biggest change was at the beginning of January I was place on new medication. This medication DID NOT mix with me very well. It impaired my energy levels, cognitive ability, my memory and so much more. I literally have felt like a zombie walking and tranquilized. Beyond my normal levels of fatigue struggling to stay awake most of the time.

There is no excuse for this effecting you as clients and I can only apologise to those that have noticed a change or people I have let down. The good news is I am no longer taking this medication and I can feel it leaving my system. But it may take a little time to get myself back to my old normal.

As always I will try my hardest to stop this effecting the service I provide. Making sure that you leaving with the best hair or nails you can have is my priority.
