Feet tattoos; especially on toes or the sides of the foot are risky because they are under constant friction from shoes, socks, movement etc. But this lovely client came to me with a faded tattoo that she really wanted fixing for personal reasons and making a little prettier. She understands the assignment; it might fade again. It might still need touching up. But we decided to try and the result is much better.

Social media is flooded with ai. What is real and what isn’t? Who even sometimes knows anymore. The truthful reality is gone. The things on which to compare yourself with others has become worse.

Yes this is a long post.
No I didn’t do it for attention or praise.
I did it to help someone else in the same boat as me trying to do their damndest in a world that is really hard to navigate sometimes.

Professionally; I don’t need to be told I’m doing a good job. If that makes me sound self-important I don’t mean it to. I just know I wouldn’t have gotten this far if I wasn’t worth my salt and willing to work hard.

But personally every day I question everything and it’s tough.
Sometimes it’s like living with two brains. One is telling me to keep going, keep pushing. And the other tells me why bother you’ll never be good enough.

But I am trying. And that starts with being honest.
